Hot Stone massage is performed with heated volcanic basalt stones combined with massage strokes. This creates a highly relaxing and healing massage, melting tension and easing muscle stiffness.

The MOT - Two Hour Treatment

For when 90 minutes just isn't enough...

A relaxing but strong two hour full body massage where we utilise a bespoke mixture of deep tissue work, cupping, stretching and relaxation techniques to help you release tension, decrease pain and improve movement from top to toe.

It will include back, neck and shoulders, legs and feet, hands and arms, and finishes up with a relaxing head massage.

All parts are optional, of course, and if there's something you don't like we can swap it to something you do.

A perfect chance to check in with yourself, and relax.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage offers a whole host of benefits and can provide physical comfort and relief, relaxation and reassurance.

Common discomforts such as low back pain, sciatica, restless legs, cramps, carpal tunnel, hip and thigh pain can all be helped with massage.

Each treatment is guided by what you want and what feels good for you, using a combination of remedial techniques combined with soothing strokes to leave you feeling relaxed.

Pregnancy massage is suitable after the first trimester.
