Experienced Knowledge
My name is Kay and I am a BTEC Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist and Member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists). I have been qualified and working as a massage and therapist for the past 17+ years.
I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including athletes to those suffering with the aches and pains and stresses of daily life.
I hold qualifications in pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, medical acupuncture, myofascial cupping, therapeutic ultrasound therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage with RockBlades.
I also used to compete in powerlifting, and understand the demands of training and sport on the body.
I am passionate about bringing body, mind & spirit into balance and hope you find a moment of stillness for wellness and renewal.
