Experienced Knowledge
My name is Kay and I am a BTEC Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist and Member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists). I have been qualified and working as a massage therapist for the past 15+ years.
I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including athletes to those suffering with the aches and pains of daily life. I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from sports massage and soft tissue therapy.
I am also trained in Kinesiology taping and is RocDoc Level 1&2 certified by Rocktape UK.
I hold qualifications in pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, medical acupuncture, myofascial cupping, therapeutic ultrasound therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage with RockBlades.
I also compete in powerlifting, and understand the demands of training and sport on the body.
